I'm a equal opportunity basher, I bash back at those who bash, regardless of their generation.

Bunch of whiners I think. Just the other day I'm afraid I made my opinion known to someone who wanted to write about the bunch like they were some miraculous market segment.

Let's sell to everyone.

No bashing ... no putting people in buckets.  There is a condition present in many people of certain generations.  I see it and much of it I do not like. However, they are not all of that condition.

i also have become quite good friends with a bunch of them lately. Theirs is just a different approach.

Millennials are my target demo, so I am a non-basher. But I am a good-natured teaser.

I have never bashed or would I bash.

Frankly, I don't even think about them very much. I just work with people... not generations. And I don't bash anyone.

I don't fall into the trap of labeling generations, I also believe what you spend most of your time on becomes who you are, so I try to avoid gossip and bad mouthing as an entrepreneur.

I have not reason to blast them, they are my clients and customers and I love them.

No bashing from me - this discussion came up earlier with my millennial son.  He has a thriving business and we talked about the differences when working with either generation.

I will sell to anyone of any age of any budget. No issues in here. 

No bashing from me! I do not bash anyone. My grandaughter is a Millennial and she is exciting, vibrant, educated and certainly worth singing her praises and so are her friends!

That would be a stupid thing to do and quite judgmental.

Annette actually no I don't bash that group or any other 'group or category' of folks.  In a meeting I hosted this morning a gal did want to bash them but I brought it back around to reaching them with your core principles and values. It was an interesting discussion with some new insights provided by all on how to approach all kinds of folks - and stop the bashing of any group.

No Millienial bashing here - I have 5 children who were born in what are considered to be the Millenial years. I love working with Millenials the same as I do enjoy working with people of all ages. Each person is an individual and I'd rather take the time to listen to them and find out what's important to them as an individual. 

When you put people into groups it has one purpose, to allow for the discrimination of that group.  Therefore I move that we abolish the age related groupings.

I do not bash any category of clients.

I don't believe in one size fits all characterizations.

There are good people and bad people in all generations, but our society has become I want it now and don't want to have to wait one min.

My biggest pet peave is when they can not be just a real estate agent but a millenial agent. I dont like anything shoved in my face so hard marketing will scare far more away than it will attract

Most of them actually don't deserve it, but many aspects do apply. We have to keep in mind also who made them that way - we did, the baby boomers!

I don't bash, nor put my buyers into categories, they are all buyers.

I don't believe is painting any group with a broad brush.  My daughter is of that age group and NOTHING like they are portrayed by many.  I tend to see individuals in this world and not clump.

I've had good experiences with millennials as clients and as friends. Like your blog points out, some people see a 6 and others see a 9 but it doesn't mean either one has the "wrong" perspective!

Hmm, I didn't even realize that millennials were being bashed.  The world these days is definitely different, as influenced by the millennials.
