What do I do EVERYDAY, during the 8 hr work day to create new revenue?
If I were with KW, I would recruit new agent manning the register at Dollar General. Build my MLM business.
IF I were an investor, plant a few more bandit signs.
Since I'm with Remax, I leverage the agility of the business model and power of the brand and place myself in the way of traffic and listen. Those predisposed to doing business will walk towards the Rx.
Of course there are other plates spinning also so it may prove benefical to attend these money streams not so dependant on real estate.
To be honest, my very, very, very best source of unknown money comes daily by simply answering my phone.
