Contracts in our great nation do not address TRID since TRID is not applicable here. However, I understand it is applicable to our bordering neighbour to the south (west for AK and more west for HI).

NH does not, it is a lesson i have to go over with buyers and sellers to avoid issues when we get close to and ready to close

Not that I'm aware of. I'm starting to put in per diems into the seller's counter offer at the start now. Apparently TRID doesn't like those at the end.

Nope. There are no TRID rules in our state contract, but give the committee another year, and it will probably come up with something to add. I mean our contracts are already 17 pages long. Why not make them an even 20 pages?

The only mention we have in the NC Contract is, "the closing attorney to release and disclose any seller's closing disclosure"
We were having issues with the selling agent's brokerages being able to document the commission paid since the seller side was not being shared with them. Most attorneys were putting together the 'shared' worksheet but, all weren't and it was like pulling teeth to get the numbers from the seller side. That, of course, was in the beginning but, that clause was added to assure those particular numbers were provided to both sides.
And, like Lynnea Miller, we have to provide the firm license # now as well.

WE have rules to follow and my closig company watches us agents very closely
