A lot of VA services call me often with offers to do this, the most recent Myoutdesk.

90% of my experiences with other people's coordinators has been horrible. Some have almost cost the buyers the house through their incompentance. Personally, that's the last thing I'd ever outsource as it is so bloody simple. We've had over 80 escrows at once and not a thing was missed. Just make a checklist or put a whiteboard together.

This is, IMHO, something brokers are doing now to "justify" their commission splits/desk fees and some have the nerve to charge their clients up to $500 per transaction for this disservice! Just another way for the office to make money from the client. Really freakin unethical if you ask me!

I would think that your company and association with KW would have some options, even nationally? Talk to your broker? Otherwise you could check into a VA like Upworks or MyOutdesk.

Your profile indicates you are a licenced realtor with Keller Williams.. wouldn't you already have that information.?

"looking for recommendations for a full service Listing and Closing company. Looking for a leveraged resource to outsource listing and closing coordination."
You are profiled as a real estate agent for Keller Williams.
That would make you a full service listing company and your affiliated title company the full service closing company. Both of which have relocation services for leveraged outsourcing.
Perhaps re-stating your question will provides better insight regarding what you are looking for.

In my jurisdiction, a real estate brokerage would handle the listing. Which one you would use depends on your definition of "full service". A law firm would handle the closing.
