I would love to talk to you about what you are needing. Yes, we have ISAs and cold callers. But we also do a ton of other va tasks. I copied this from the other question that was just asked about vas.
We started using virtual assistants during the rush of short sales. We had so many short sale listings that we lost count. We hired our daughter and son to help us with the paperwork, I did all the intake evaluations over the phone, we did not even go to the houses ( most of them were absentee owners), taking listings over the phone and email and fax. Then Nestor did the bank negotiating.
We needed to market those listings and wanted to put them on Realbird. But no time. So Gabe from Realbird suggested us to hire a va that helped him at Realbird. The guy is from the Philippines. We hired him and became friends.
Then other agents wanted to know how we could do all the SEO stuff, all the listing syndication, etc, and take care of the negotiations. So I referred them all to our new friend, the VA.
Some of our VAs have been with us since 2008.
Fast forward - our friend lost his father and it was very hard on our friend, this past year at the end of August he closed down the va company.
On September 1 of 2016 - I re-opened the company, did an audit, fixed thing, retrained, retooled, etc. and now it is added to my businesses.
We are doing phenominal already. We help agents with listing syndication, SEO blogging, SEO steps, backlinking, social media, twitter, FB, linkedin, Pinterest, etc. We handle CRM, website help, transcriptions, etc. lots of tasks we can now do. I now have 23 VAs and our clients, many from ActiveRain are very happy with the quality and good benchmarks. So that is where I have been, no time to blog much with this new baby to take care of. I am very high touch and hands on with our clients and with the VAs. What I love most of all, is that 90% of our vas, I was able to hire from our church's employment services. Katerina

YES, skip both. Cold calls often upset consumers more than attract them. With virtual assistants, I find a need an assistant on the ground, able to go to listings, meet clients, pick up or deliver, unlock doors. Virtual does not save me time or make me money. Just costs money

I don't use them.... I don't believe in cold calling. If someone deserves a call, they deserve it from me.

My suggestion is to save the money and not make the cold calls, spend the money on things like postcards in an effort to make them call you.

There are groups in Facebook that network and share information about everything to do with real estate, including recommendations for Virtual Assistants. Join Lab Coat Agents or some of the others online and maybe they can help.

You'd need some proven scripts for them to follow, it may be better to use new agents looking to gain experience?
