Yes I have Debbie and yes it brought a lot of attention and new folks my way. Quoted in CRS a few times and NAR chose me as one of the Master of Real Estate in 2010. They came and made a video of me and followed me around for 2 days.  It was a blast!  Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland was also chosen as a Master of Real Estate.

I have been quoted locally and nationally several times. The only thing it brought me was a slap on my back from my friends who saw it. :)

Yes, I have been quoted in a nationally syndicated real estate column.  Some people mentioned it but can't recall any additional business associated with it.

Yes, I was interviewed for a local paper regarding international clients and I received a call from a seller for a listing, which sold to an international buyer. It worked out well for everyone!

I have been interviewed dozens of times over the past 25 years and have been quoted in too many publications to mention.  Either about buyer agency, the screwed up agency disclosures in Florida, Home buying or the local real estate market.  I like to tell it like it is.

Yes, it did bring me some business, but more comments from colleagues.

Not for real estate LOL, but I was in Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Sell This House and Property Brothers (or at least our flooring was).  This stuff generally doesn't bring direct business, but it can build credibility (and sometimes links).  Then, it's more how you use it.  It indirectly helped me sell some more jobs and info is on the website and builds credibility which leads to more appts.

Most often i am called by reporters from across the country who see my Active Rain blog. I have been quoted in Money Magazine and various newspapers. I had a big feature in my local paper that brought new clients. Mostly it is just aditional exposure

One of my blogs was picked up back in  2008 by the The Washington Post  and they wrote about me.  That story was picked up by NAR as Anna Banana Kruchten mentioned and I was chosen as the Master  of Open Houses.  They sent a film crew to Baltimore and we had our first AR open house on film. So much fun!!!

Yes was covered by a good story in Auctioneers Magazine about the importance of branding on a company or personal level. As a result I now teach this business building class to others.

Regional pubs have generated a few clients.

A couple of years ago I was the point person interviewed for Wickford RI as a getaway with my company, etc.  in a National magazine for New England.  Didn't bring me any closed business...just unrealistic buyers!

I was a guest editor of REALTOR® Magazine last year and I got calls and emails from other REALTORS® about what I talked about. As President of the state association it probably helped indirectly.

Local newspapers and magazines about 5 times?  No additional business that I could ever point to, but a kudo from a past client for our support for a local school tax levy.  We wouldn't have known about that newspaper article without her telling us since the "reporter" blatantly copied and pasted one of our blog posts from here.

We have been "interviewed" several times Debbie. I don't know if it's ever brought us any additional business, but when it's been featured about one of our listings, our Sellers were pleased to have their house in the news!

I was called for a quote one time because of one of my AR blog posts. It was a long time ago and honestly, I dont even know if it was ever printed.-Kasey

A couple of years ago and columnist from the Denver Post quoted me off one of my blog posts on luxury homes.   Quite the honor.
