No, I don't. I have mortgage professionals handle that part of a transaction.

YES, I use Jason E. Gordon's APP, it's called his phone number: as a Realtor, I do not quote rates, amortization nor fees, I send them to the Mortgage Master. (Actually though, Jason really does offer an APP with a calculator on it that's customized to his business).

No I do not but the lenders we partner with do plus all of our buyers are pre-qualified by them far in advance of actually going out to look at homes.

I just got a title app that has that on it. It's only an estimate though and I tell people best to talk with a lender.

Yes. I use the mortgage loan calculator. It comes in handy when clients want to know what their PITI ranges at according to different scenario of downpayments.
5,581,941
it's been along time since I needed that.... but I did find a little green mortgage payment book!!! another "oldie"...
3,987,776
I do not. I have been doing this so long I can calculate a ballpark figure in my head and leave the exacts to the lender.

We have on on our website but I can remember the times I have calculated a mortgage for someone on half of one of my hands. I refer them to their lender for this and we make sure to have all the numbers spelled out before an offer is made. -Kasey

I use the one on my website or if more details are required, I have them contact the mortgage lenders that are available to give quotes.

Try Office Calculator Free app for your smartphone. But I also use a Surface tablet on the road, and Microsoft Win 10 has a fantastic one from MSN Money I use in client discussions because of the larger flip screen and the fancy chart (people like images better than numbers).
And... you can just ask Cortana. She'll mortgage calculate for you.
I designed an Excel spreadsheet when I do more advanced calculations at the office to take into account insurance, taxes, HOA...etc...
On my smartphone, I have an advanced app as well - which I seldom use (because I prefer the more complex calculations to do at my desk) called US Mortgage Calculator.
Of course, I have an HP Financial Calculator on my desk gathering dust. It's soooooooo old school, really don't need it anymore, and I don't have to carry it anymore thanks to my smartphone.
