I had a very good week for bpos, completed 40 in the last 7 days. 3 REO listings this week. My goal is 2 a day although i can fit in 4 a day with ease. I like when they give my a weeks worth at once, so i can set my own schedule of when and where to be during a normal sales day

An online reo broker had 2 during 2016, previus year 15 listing. Expect close to 1 during 2017.

No, there is no increase in the work other then one lender sent bulk(cheaper) to your area.

I have not heard of an increase but if there is one it would be because of home owners not having enough skin in the game to care.
