I know our sales numbers. We don't have a specific expense/marketing budget, though I know our monthly & repeat costs well and we are very conservative with spending so we talk carefully about each purchase or marketing item that is not a normal expense. I find that we end up pretty close to the same every year when I prepare tax information for expenses even without following a strict budget.
