Naked people

Let's see - Cases and cases of hard liquor stored in clothes closets, under kids beds; and in every other nook and cranny (waiting for Prohibition 2.0 maybe?)
- A crimson red heart-shaped bath tub with 1980's red carpeting and other topical "stuff" in room;

- a large 100 year old house that felt like it was haunted; and the photos we took were loaded with Orbs of all sizes!

So much moisture in the house that there were MUSHROOMS growing on the Living Room Walls!

Spider webs in the grand piano, and every place a spider could spin a web.  This was a large property that was worth several million dollars.  The owners like the spider webs felt they were very useful...LOL

Too many things to post and some not suitable for the public.

Dirty home, empty bottles of beer everywhere, ashtrays over flowing, dirty cloth inside the bath tub, filthy kitchen, beds unmade and horrible smell inside the home. 

These answers were GREAT reading! My list pales in comparison:

Human feces and urine all over the floor.

Ice on the inside of a wall - they had water issues obviously, no heat in the house and it was freezing out.

Graffiti all over the inside of a house.

A dead squirrel inside a house.

A tank of live snakes in the attic.

Three huge dogs behind closed doors baring their teeth at me when I opened the door... we were not warned about dogs being on the property when appointment was made. (Shut that door awfully quick!) This was a tenant who obviously did not want to move. But reading some of the responses here, this seems tame by comparison!

I think Mike & Eve Alexander have us all beat, at least me. I've seen some pretty graphic pornography on the walls of a multi-unit homes, but if that's the worst I'm lucky

A homeless man sleeping on the floor that didn't move. I thought he was dead and had to nudge him with my foot. He began to stir and I backed out of the room telling him he needed to leave and I would wait outside until he did.

I doubt anyone can beat  Mike & Eve Alexander answer....:) Wow, my RE life seems quite nice comparing to FL's Realtors.

I would have to say another agent... in bed with her "client" would have to be about as crazy as came to my mind.

A boa constrictor snake in the master bath tub.  Naked people coming out of the shower, or in bed.

One time we walked in and found a teenage daughter entertaining her boyfriend in her mom's bed having skipped school that day :).

I think Mike & Eve Alexander have the best answer. I haven't seen anything nearly as exciting as they have.

This is all very entertaining.  Fortunately, I had a very G-rated career.  

A "porn" room and many really dirty cluttered homes. A naked man coming down the hall putting on his pants.  

After reading some comments here .. I've been fortunate.

My husband playing dog whisperer - we were showing a home that had a Rottweiller in a fenced area and would not stop barking and growling.

My husband walked over no clue what he said, and the dog sat down and started licking his hand through the fence LOL.

We finished our tour without my husband LOL

I avoid those properties!

WOW, I thought sleeping teenagers and squatters were 'crazy' but, you got some doozies for answers!  They make showing homes in Charlotte, NC seem quite tame Kasey & John Boles and the team at Jon Gosche Real Estate, LLC!
