Yes, I do... from RE/MAX International, from my franchise, RE/MAX Executive. No desk time in our company... the top producing agents in Charlotte have no time to play receptionist.

Two leads from floor time at the office this month; one from the Broker and two from another agent that does not like working with buyers.
Resulting in two listings and two accepted buyer contracts.

Our REMAX.com site brings in some but I don't depend on anything from anyone. My constant marketing brings leads for my team and I refer for a percentage.

In all the time I was an active agent, I received one lead from the office. That was my first year. I was on my own after that, which was ok with me.

I do not - there is a very high fee for taking leads and I used to give the office leads which I've now stopped as well since they never worked them correctly

I generate all my own leads and do all my own stunts. It's like the old proverb, give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll never be hungry.
If you are reliant on your broker/floor time/etc. for leads you will be broke and working at McDonald's in no time. If they come, great that's icing on the cake. Just don't expect them or rely on them.
