I would use EDDM campaigns that would deliver in high rental areas.

I haven't a clue... I don't target renters... most of them are renters because they don't qualify to buy... and too many are in a price point too low for me to worry about.

I get mine from our tax site - that way I know if they are tenants in the home, when the owners bought the home, if they are on the no-mail list (and we do have those here!) and can sort the data in a variety of ways.

I'd say Fred Griffin and Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, CRS have good advice.

Renters? You can get street addresses and owner names rather easily, from the Property Appraiser, or a Title Company. But the names of renters might not be so easy.
Hopefully someone in Property Management will reply to your question here.

I am with Nina Hollander on this. It's not a segment I target. Looks like you have some great recommendations here from others. I wish you all the best.

Check with your title company. EDDM will deliver to all residences by post office carrier route so no names needed. Most cost effective solution for postage and delivery.

I use to target renters, but that turned out to be a waste of time. Back I used our tax records.

Out here, many rents are more than mortgages. I've had two tenants purchase homes in the last two years. Some rent because they can't qualify for a loan, others because they don't want a loan (there are a few reasons for that).
I'd target apartment complexs with EDDM.

Never sent a mailing to renters, we do seem to be finding most of our renters these days on FB though.

I've never targeted renters and I'm interested in how it works out for you.

I'm working on a renters list. Using the tax roll for addresses, won't have names of renter. Let me know how this works out for you.

It depends on what type of criteria you are using to select your mailing list, the fees and whether the mailing list company has a list for the relevant area.
