I've listed a few properties in that condition....my builder would buy it and teardown all structures....a new home was built.... I love those properties and searched for them....

I've only seen a few instances in foreclosures with water damage. In a split level the 2nd floor collapsed into the familyroom level.

More often then I would like - just sold a house where the roof caved in - I had so many offers on it from flippers who thought they could just fix the roof....

Until they went inside and saw the tree growing through the middle of the house LOL
