I did not know that and just checked-out the article - thank you for the heads up Jeff Pearl!  Great input to Gene Mundt (bidding wars that go off the deep end) and great input to Joe Petrowsky (student loans).  Major "Congrats!" gentlemen!!

Thanks too to AR for holding such stature in our industry and social media, as well.  Without AR, there would have been much less chance of gaining Ken's attention ...
