I would need to know the condition of the interior of the house before deciing on whether to spend the money on paint. This could be a tax assessment tactic. I know a man who keeps the exterior of his home very shabby but the interior is completely remodeled. For him it is to fool the tax assessor into a lower value.

Depends. If you are selling the boat, you have lit it up quite nicely!

Maybe the home owner or a tenant lives on the boat.

Obviously the dweeb thought the boat was a good idea. Nothing says Xmas like boat lights.
Go back & do it right - they forgot the trailer wheels.

The boat is the nicest feature on the property. Why not light it up and show it off.

The boat looks great but it might not be enough to draw attention away from the house needing painting. Perhaps as a gift the seller will paint the house for the right buyer!

There is value in the land but the house not so much..looks like the boat could bring more than the house.

I'll buy the boat. Not so interested in the rest..... That house is beyond painting. The wood is likely to be punky, with the paint having come off to that extent.
And the boat has enough lights, it seems to me. : )

This is totally a single man's house! The priorities are obvious. The sailboat is clean and well maintained and lit up to show it off. Nothing screams "I'm single and enjoying every second of it" like a shown off sailboat!
This is the level of boating I want to get to:

The sail boat needs to be a bit older to make a great painting. I would get an older boat.
