Copy cat of the Ugly Yellow Sign with similar message....however even they are now moving up to billboard, bus bench and bus display ads so probably not effective to post such a sign on a public fixture.

In our area they are ripped off by the city workers and trashed.  

Definitely an eyesore and in our area, Simone would be getting a call from the local government for illegal signage.

Hi Olga - We see these, only slightly better made, all over, and I always wonder about the situations of people who see this as an option.

One call pays for it all and then some...there is a cheese to it but worth it

I know a past client who brings in a cool $6k a month buying homes like this.

If it didn't work people probably would stop doing it (maybe not).  

It's an eyesore and pretty shady looking though.  

I see them all over the freeway offramps.  Just shows that someone went to a seminar.

Effective? Used often in many areas, yes!

In the investment world those are called bandit signs.

Simone may be spending her cash on city fines.  I suspect she also spent some cash on a seminar that told her to do this.  

Looks more like graffiti that needs to be removed by Code Enforcement!

We have "Ugly Yellow Signs" in our area. They were effective in the Great Depreciation, not so much now with FSBO's, REO's and pre-forclosures at an all time low.

I see similar signs here as well and often wonder that Olga Simoncelli . I would certainly hope that a home owner would not be calling such people

I would advise those engaged in the delicacies of real estate to NEVER use such methods.

The rest of us, however, will continue.

What is funny about this question is the reader of the question is left to assume they know what the purpose was.

Maybe SIMONE is a gorilla marketing specialist. The purpose may be to get question like, "How's that working for you?"

Call the number and ask!  If Simone is a real estate agent, report her!  At least it's against the law here!

I would see if it violates local signage code. In our area it is not permitted.

Our office has a Credit Repair lady who seems to do very well. She even hires a FT assistant.  I asked her where she got her leads from? Sam, these credit repair signs on the streets are all scams. I only work with referrals.  I give them a written warranty that in 90 days their credit score will be improved.

Geez . . .  I find it lower than low-tech and low-cost Olga Simoncelli.  It's certainly not advertising that I would take seriously, because 'you get what you pay for'.  Just another person 'trying' to show how desperate and unprofessional they can be! 

Home owners may think she has no cash.

Used to see these types of signs in our town during the recession.  They have disappeared, thankfully!
