The only ones I haven't tried are buying leads from Zulia. And that's not on my list.
I am not changing what is not broke
I am doing more mailouts and will do fewer open houses. They are not nearly as productive as usual.
focusing on farming/SOI/open houses/circle prospecting and a new and improved web site.
I'm refocusing for next year. I haven't decided what I'm dropping.
No pay for leads..tweaking my advertising to past clients, sphere and market area.
I am planning on focussing more on growing my referral business, both through agents I know (CRS and AR), getting to know more agents around the coutnry, and through my sphere and current and past clients.
Do away with paid for leads. These leads are from someone that set up sites and drove traffic to them. You can dominate your own market in record time and the cost per month for unlimited HOT motivated seller leads is less than pay per lead companies.
For me it's more about refining than re-defining.

I am considering direct mail to a small farm area and to my past clients. Won't be removing anything.

Not much to remove, already did a bunch of "social" network pruning. Bought RealBird, so trying some of their stuff this year and into next year.
Not planning on any changes.

I am continuing with my blog, the biggest generator of leads next to referrals.
Doing more of the proven same, but stepping up Facebook Ads & Video.
Fortunately, not having to remove anything, all my 2016 marketing worked quite well, after years of tinkering. It's more about adding that removing for 2017.

I'm going to clean and streamline my contact list and try to find a CRM that will help me stay in touch with past clients more.
Have not gotten that far in fine tuning plans yet. I often fine tune as I go along through the year.
No new marketing for me.
