Is this a page you created linked/accessed through your personal FB or as a business page? It can be corrected from either your business manager if a business page (top right). Or if linked to your personal page from the page directly by going into settings. Make sure when you are publishing your posts you "select the audience". It sometimes glitches to "only me" thus why your posts are not appearing in the feed.
