Not really though there are some states that are so far the other way from my viewpoints it would be hard to willingly move there.

I am sure there is all sorts of reasons for people to live somewhere.

Of course, it happens all of the time, often when people are looking to move in a border (state) area ---- they may not express it as "this state is too liberal/progressive" or "too conservative", but you'll hear an awful lot about tax discrepencies and public services, which we know really comes down to politics.

I'm sure it enters in to people's minds - it may well be best captured in the area's tax policies.  I do not bring it up of course but as I watch people pour out of my state, I imagine they may be giving it some thought.

Yes, there are many that would consider that when thinking of moving to a new area. Political leanings can affect the way taxes are used and the policies of the local government.

Yes. I would consider the type of environment I was moving into, and that would include all sorts of things including the prevalent political leanings.

It doesn't mean I wouldn't move into a place that checked all the other boxes of what I was looking for, but it does mean it would be a factor.

I have never heard of that S. Leanne Paynter ☼ Broward County, FL, though I suppose 'anything is possible'!  To me personally, I would move to a state for many varied reasons, though politics would not be one of them. 

I've never heard of that being the case.

Personally, not anyone I have heard who is working with the agents in our brokerage.
