Business as usual in Erie PA although we still refer to 'Eerie Events''around town on Halloween. 

I'm not sure that Halloween really has any serious effect on real estate? I could understand situations related on the day of but it should be scheduled around in advance. If you educate your buyers from the start of the importance of communication & specific performance you'll be in much better shape.

Lawyers and politicians are the scariest things in any business or industry.

I ain't skeered.  

Those are par for the course.  Nothing to be scared about on our front. A

1.  Listing agents forging my client's e-sig

2.  Listing agents holding my client's offer for over 20 hours, and I'm not even sure if she presented it . . . 

3.  Home inspectors that have their license EXPIRE and are sending out flyers for their services.

And that's just this month ALONE!

I look on the positive side and not in fear. I don't like contracts that fall through or clients that lie. I don't like agents that play games and that don't answer their calls or emails. They make it hard on all of us.

Nothing in the business scares me. I take the good with the bad, and deal with it on a situation by situation basis. 

Nothing scares me, but I am ready for any issue so that I am not scared.

No scares...feast or famine has gotten my respect though

I'm not sure I ever experiences Halloween influences on my business... 

When I see "GRI" after someone's name.

What scares me?

At this time of year regarding real estate.

Vladimir Putin hacking my main email account, publishing for the public to see all my correspondence with Zappos, then spoofing the account to recruit Assad sympathizers.

I lie awake at night worried....."Vladimir...what are you doing?"

Andy Fulton Lenders who waste your time and do not come through at the last minute.

Some properties and neighbourhoods become quite scary as all of the Halloween items are displayed.

Actually nothing scares me (obviously I only speak for 'me'!), because anything and eveything can be handled and resolved in some way Andy Fulton.  As professionals, we are used to dealing with smooth situations as well as challenges, and that's what makes real estate so interesting!  I do like Justin Arlequin's reply, too.

Having to deal with certain agents who do not know how to take care of business.
