This September has been very hot in terms of the weather and the market. I am glad that Kathleen Daniels thought of me as an expert in this market. It was quite a compliment. Inventory is still low but my direct mail campaign seems to be kicking in.

Statically, there was a decrease, however, the number is too small to be relevant.

Lots of new construction underway replacing existing old structures, that should create a respectable churn in my marketplace which is the Tampa region.
