If I like the article, yes I do. I have no "competition", I work out of my own CRM database made up of my referred clients and off my listings that me direct sign calls; none of my associates have those resources, they have theirs or their leads programs that I don't use, so I'm not their competition either. Those that say "no" probably don't work by referral, so they'll have a fear of competition.

In our area agents either are dormant or actively advertise farming. Blogging organic is not popular in Silicon Valley here so far as I know.  A few have blogging section on their website which is how agents website takes notice. It is a passive way to direct web traffic.  Google prefers you buy their adwords ad direct link to your site.

I share alot of info but the people are not from my area. That doesn't include LO's, attorneys, etc.  I don't even hit the like button.

In fact, I've just found out that on G+ there were people following me from another company & I muted them.
