Slightly confused on how to "follow" people & expand my network with local agents. Also unable or unsure of how to post my listings for sale?

For "for sale" listing you simply click listing after typing your blog. You can then feature your listing and add an expiration date. For FOLLOWING it is pretty easy, click on PROFILE for any agent, then click follow. Another great way to build is to leave comments for people where most will come leave comments for you.

The best way to build followers is to be active here beyond just signing in to post listings. If you are commenting on people's posts, answering questions, and following those whose opinions you come to respect, you will build followers. Takes some time, but doable. Also keep an eye out for the person's location if you want a network near you. Or search your ranking in your city and go find active people there!

After you blog about each listing it asks you if you want to display it on your blog wall

Under everyone's photo is a follow button so you can add them to your follow list. As for posting your listings, white about them and include some photos. It is that easy.

The follow button can be found on profile pages, or underneath someone's picture when they comment....like on this question.

As for posting a listing, it depends on how you want to do it. I personally create a brochure using RealBird.com and just use the HTML to put up the brochure in a post.
