You will find there are many real estate business plans available. Most are exhaustive and in the end, overburden a newbie requiring more information than than they can intelligently provide.

What I have encouraged newbie to use is what I refer to as the "Executive Summary" type of business plan. This provides sufficient detail for the newbie to assess whether the broker they must select is a predator or will be a partner in their business. Making a wrong choice regarding broker can be fatal to a new business.

The 'Executive Summary' is based on the newbie having a clue about defining the real estate business they are creating. Most embrace the accidental real estate business model and are easy prey for the predators.

You may want to pursue obtaining a copy of "Get on the Right Track: Breaking the Failure System" which contains guidelines for preparing your business BEFORE you pay for going to real estate school. The book contains the 'Exutive Summary" one page business plan.

You can find anything online. Jot down what your goals are and start visualize them.

There are many business plans available from many sources.  You should create a plan that takes into account your specific needs.
