I'm not. I don't group people into categories and don't really care who wants to call themselves a millenial.

I think what it takes to attract millennials also attracts their grandparents.

I don't believe the Millennials will be in my target group for another few decades so I'm not too concerned.

The same way as with other groups.

I'm not..I market to a certain community that consists of many varied age groups. I don't like to narrow my focus to one age group..not my niche.

I do not do specific marketing towards a generation.

I send out wording that relates to all groups possible including millenials.  They like knowing that I'll be responsive and that texting is encouraged.  This group wants instant response but doesn't like to feel pressured.

I have tried to continually stay abreast of my market and thus I don't really need to make any changes.  A good percentage of my business comes from referrals of past clients and many of those are Millennials.

They are not my niche (resort and second homes, luxury oceanfront properties). However I am doing more to be on top in the latest favorite platforms for social networking.

Not yet. More and more of them choose to leave with their parents or rent with roommates....

Your advice would be a great blog topic.

I do nothing differently - other than make my website responsive, I've really paid no attention to specifically targeting millennials.  They are already a huge part of our market.

Most of my business model has little to do with millenials, though in my student rentals we do market to them, lots of texting, fb, and other evolving social media.

Unless they are your target market, why would you? Student debt and gypsy jobs in high tech doesn't make them my first choice.

There's no special marketing for Millennials we're doing to target them, but I've sold to two this year by referral. They are not my target market. Military, seniors and coastal-second home buyers (vacation & retirement) are my top three client types.

I market to a variety of buyers, and to sellers, and am not focussing on millenials, specifically, nor do I plan too. I prefer the diversity

Millenials are very tech savvy and studies have shown web-based marketing works best, I implement extensive marketing through social media such as Facebook in order to reach more millennials.

All groups including millennials.

I treat everyone much the same ecause for the most part they are not all that different

I have been working well with several millenials and though some are financially restricted I don't see them as being that different from other buyers and sellers. They like social media and personal references so I will focus on that.

I try to talk to as many of them as I can to get a better understanding of how to relate to them.

Yes we have recruited them.

I target sellers and therefore listings attract buyers who come to me. I dont have to go looking for them

I am not preparing marketing to target millennials.

I welcome all business where there is loyalty, the ability to perform and a willingness to work with me on an exclusive basis.  

I market inventory, and unless the inventory is a special permit for an Active Adult Community, I would not target any special age group.... a 55+ is target marketing.... 

I'm going to ignore the group as by 'stats' they have no money & do not feel a value in a home purchase.

I'm not specifically targeting millenials.  I generally don't market by generation...and if I did, this certainly would not be my first choice for a target.

I'm not... running my business as a whole and don't target any specific niche like this. Those Millenials will probably mostly be first-time buyers and I've worked with those in all ages ranging from early 20's to late 60's for 25 years.

Me. No, whether they make $150K/yr.  $300K combined income without 300K in the bank for downpayment it will not seller's raise eye brow. You are priced out of our market. There are very few ipos here this year.  

My son bought a Nest thermostat the battery went out signal false alarms. It costs $150 to trouble shoot.  Total spent is around $300 so far with no real saving in utilities yet. 

We are totally embracing technology and smart phone access.
