Our niche is age-restricted communities here in Oro Valley, Tucson, Marana, and Saddlebrooke. Most of our clients are retired, and about half are snowbirds. It's a very interesting group of people Harry F. D'Elia! This year for the first time, I sold to a first-time home buyer, and I loved that experience, which was totally different from our usual clientele. It went smoothly and was very rewarding - I would welcome that group of clients again!!
