In Real Estate, you learn about cultures and each one has a specific mindset to be sure. Some more difficult than others as they pool or work hard for their money. In Real Estate, the property doesn't care who owns it or sells it. It is wise to acquire people skills and this learning never stops

I have sold homes to many nationalities. I always try to network and ask for referrals with all clients. Race, national origin, religion, sex, color, familial status, sexual orientation, disability. Basically, I embrace all peoples and glad to work with them to find a home and their friends. I look for respect and trust from my clients.

I have sold homes to Indians as well as people of many other countries.

I have dealt with many Indian/ East Asian clients. One couple have become friends over the years, and we keep in touch about our families and doings. I am open to and interested in all cultures.

I've not worked with American Indians, but have had many wonderful clients of Indian decent, and have been referred by them and been used for repeat purchases.

I have been fortuante to have had transactions with people from all over the world.

Yes both American India and from India.  I just recently closed on a lovely high end home for a wonderful couple from India. I look forward to having dinner with them soon!  Really fun and interesting folks.  My sister-in-law in Indian and I love her cooking and have for years!

Indians from India.... absolutely.... my daughter has listed many homes and they continue to refer friends.... actually, one past client wants to purchase commercial real estate and my daughter relayed that she would refer them to a commercial broker....THEY INSIST UPON USING HER!! I'm not too happy about that.... they told her they were well versed on the topic of purchasing commercial property AND THEY WOULD TEACH HER!!!

As a Mortgage Broker, I have dealt with many clients from different countries and cultures. Many choose to work with someone that is from their own country, like the Spanish, Polish and Russian as an example. I have seen this first hand and most wind up being taken advantage of because of that. My niche is being honest, which has no country or boundaries. Treat everyone the same and you will get referrals from all, as long as you are good

YES, and quite often. The referrals have been fantastic. I do enjoy working with them.

Native American Indians or Indians from India?  Yes to both as clients.  Can't think of any referalls from them off hand.

Dealing with an American Tribe was a new experience for me. An attorney helped me during the transaction.
