I don't pay, but my guess would be Facebook if one did pay.

I use very few paid ads. The ones that have been the most effective are Facebook ads boosting open houses.

Paid ads are coming under question now a days. Does the outgo bring the income? Everything has to pay for itself & then some. Right now, free works

I don't pay for ads on social media. My social media ads are personal contact with present and past clients.

Facebook by far! Facebook boosted posts for listings and open houses work great and get resultes. Using the FB power editor to write long form copy about a listing and then doing an ad from that also work well and you can target deep into your audience!

None have been worth the money spent. FB gets more views and send more traffic to my site though.

Jack Lewitz None of them. I think paid ads are like buying referrals. I have never clicked on an ad and i don't think many do.

I think it likely depends on the person and what is expected. There are many stories of success and failure.

We've only tried FB and found it greatly increased our exposure and click through. Haven't tried the other two, but we're not big Twitter or LinkedIn users.
