Spam - Big Success

I dont get too concerned, much bigger problems in the real world and this one can be fixed with a simple click of the report button.

Spam is a popular term for UCE - Unsolicited Commercial Email.  Has a lot to do with the Monty Python Spam skit.  It has morphed a bit since then, I'm sure.

AR would have to have guidelines to define spamming.  Is it 150 market blogs in a row?  Is it "I can sell you a fake passport" questions?  Is it advertisments in the comments?  Is it the email from a nigerian prince or lonely russian princess?

Should those be punished?  I think some are already, but it would also depend on the definition of spam.

People spam because they can...the questionable human nature out and about. One has to learn to allow intrusion and then continue on mission

Spam is junk mail you didn't ask for.

Snarking is disruptive argumentative messages or responses. Better check the UrbanDictionary next time.

I get it here all the time & it's beyond annoying. I hit the report button.

Yes if you are willing to give your eMail password to log in for their faked listing or referrals.

AR Spam ---> contact support ->remove account and block the ip address.

Not a fan of unsolicited 'anything' Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041, so for me personally, it's 'delete, delete, delete'.  I see this on my phone and in e-mail, and know that I am on a Mailing List.  I think our AR Family should not be allowed to spam on AR, and it should be made clear in large print when we become members, and they should be given a Warning if they do so, the first time.  I think that should be their 'one and only' Warning.  I'm off to read your Blog!
