I don't have any questions to ask... they've all been asked and often not answered very well. I've been in "top producer forums" and one thing I've learned is that most times they are very "cagey" about their responses.

What do they think the MOST important thing they did was that took them from good to great ... lots of agents do well, but don't make that leap to "top producer/mega-agent/whatever you want to call it" ---- what turned on the afterburner to push them to the top?

Bob, actually, most of them have business models where they take credit for sales their team members make, so I'm not at all impressed with these lists.

I've listened to a few of the podcasts and I like it very much. My favorite question that you ask is "What do you know to be true that others don't believe?" I've enjoyed the answers - great fodder for thought.

But if I could add a question, it would be to ask these top producers what advice they have to help others become top producers.

I would bet 99% of the time their business will model the selected concept.

Back up question would be, "If you had the power, what one thing would you change regarding how the business of real estate is executed today?" And of course, 'Why?"

I love coffee & real estate. I am out of coffee!

When it comes to real estate success secrets:

Some tasks are productive, but boring as turtles sleeping on a rock. Some to-dos are less productive, but so fun and memorable - you forget you're even working. Some things are immediately rewarding, while others are, again, slow as turtles to pay off. And some things are so expensive, it's out of the question all together for the majority.

1. If you had to plot the most productive activities and their fun factor with a low cost to do and their reward payoff timeline - the sooner, the better - name a few business building activities that would rank highest!

2. What would you absolutely not waste time and money on?
