I like to try new things - you never know when you throw something at the wall what will stick and what will just need cleaning up :)

I used to try new things all the time and found that I was distracted by a lot of 'shiny pretties.' I've kinda settled into what I do now, and unless it's spectacular, I don't add much to my repertoire. But I did recently add Real Bird and I'm thrilled with it.

We try new things. We are actually re-starting something that's worked well for us in the past...being everywhere!

I think changing things around sometimes is good for your business, and need to stay on top of changing trends.

I always try new things but I'm pretty sensible & try to avoid the latest 'shiny object'.  It baffles me that people have to have the latest Iphone only they can't 'use' it because they don't know how.

Hey, AR used to be a shiny new thing & I thought about that for 3-4 months lol.

I will try new things on occasion.

I like to try new ideas.

Fixed unless the property calls for something else or a new option is worth trying out.

I try new things occasionally but never more than one thing at a time to test it.

We have some things that are fixed for about all listings. Then we think outside the box and consider what is special about a specific property and what we can do to promote and/or market it. We want to get it sold and leverage marketing as much as possible.

I have some fixed marketing and some that i change constantly based on what is working, what the market is like or who i am looking to attract

I experiment regularly.

Never afraid to try new stuff, make a strong effort and press it fail quickly.

Always reinventing.

New is necessary.

Always a work in progress and always looking for the new shiny object that will be a "hit" with my client base.
