I've never had a need for one in real estate.  When mobile, I'll either take their info and email them the contract or I can do it on a tablet or phone (but prefer to use a computer for less chance at a typo).

When nothing but paper will do there are so many places that will print for you. I would find the nearest Staples, OfficeDepot, franchise office, title company, buddy, friend, someone you want to make a friend and ask for their help. A simple email attachment is all they need. The once evey five years this is needed is less intrusive than packing a printer around all the time.
