Here on AR, with a Rainer account, you need to focus on any of the four things people will actually pay for. Currency is time. (Easier, faster, cheaper, better.)  Be aware, no one wants to learn anything new. They do want to continue what they are doing, but doing it easier, faster, cheaper or better.

If you are a real estate agent talking to home buyer or sellers, your topics would be related to one of the five decisions everyone must make every year.
