Did you try FB? I have seen many commercial brokers here on AR, maybe they ignore the groups because not many people are putting in worthwhile info.
That's the reason I ditch out of a particular group. Don't feel bad, one of the most popular groups "Realtors" is abandoned.

JM Padron, CCIM - I did this same search for commercial and appraisal groups on AR a few years ago, but didn't have much success. It all comes down to participation AND the qualify of that participation (which feeds more participation from others). Also someone needs to monitor the group or they need to self-govern what's posted. One problem with some (not all) of the LinkedIn groups for CRE has been that they are not well managed and too many people are posting promotions or advertising.
