I think it will definitely help our market and the canadian market!  Afterall, all those celebritards who are going to leave the country when he gets elected have to sell and buy a new place (or places).

That's one of the huge POSITIVES about him. Especially if he truly can entice industry to return to America from abroad. Revitalized construction and infrastructure restoration = people back in the workforce who can buy houses.

     Trump has built skyscrapers in countries all over the world.  A President of the United States who is a successful real estate developer would be a boon to our industry.

Sure.  If all those people move to Canada, it will solve the low inventory problem.

I think the country will be better off when whoever becomes President.

I've gotten tired of all the whimsical proposals and foolish policies being promised that no candidate can ever bring about in reality or realty. 

Hopefully, a Trump presidency will lead to permanent gridlock insuring no obamacare programs, blatant tax programs, are imposed.

Be aware, The Donald is a 1%er and has no regard for the middle class. Business will boom, but as always, those real dollars will flow to the top.

It might stifle the market momentarily due to market uneasiness, but once the proper economic direction is set, then the market will set it's pace in the positive
