All the time!  Several times a day, even sometimes when I'm not trying to spell a word!

No, I just usually know how to spell stuff. Formulas like that confuse me and there are often exceptions to the rule. For example, even doing simple math, rather than memorizing a formula, I prefer to set up an algebraic equation to solve for the unknown.
