She thinks outside the box and gets the job done. When she issues me a pre-approval, I know it's money in the bank for me and my client. And she's always met deadlines for closing.

It is important that the lender have the same work ethic as me.  I work when my clients need me and I need to be able to reach the lender in a timely manner.  There are many times that winning over a new client is showing that I can get them in touch with a lender right away.  This makes the lender part of my team.  Weekends, evenings, holidays are all in play.  We can communicate by cell, text or email but we need to be in touch. 

He's a straight shooter and he gets the job done.  If someone shouldn't be getting a loan he'll tell them so and then set up a path to fix whatever is in their way.
