I have a big regret.  

I wished I had started sooner.  

Feel blessed every day for many reasons and one is to have this profession which I love.

ha, so far so good!! It's only been 38 years though...I need to give it more time for a fair assessment!!

Its a license to thrill...now who wouldn't want to give or receive that?

But seriously, I can't believe I STILL enjoy this god-forsaken gig . . . what keeps it fresh is that it is never the same. Just when you think you're about to get bored, a challenge you've never faced will come. And when you prevail, it's like you just did your first deal again. Or maybe that's the wine after COE talking. 3:)

"Love" is too strong a word to describe my working relationship. 

I do enjoy it, but it does not consume my every waking moment nor does it make my heart go all a quiver

It's certainly never boring.  No matter how long you're in the business, there is always some new twist just around the corner. It's a wonderful career but certainly not for sissys.  LOL

Definitely a great game - lots of randomity and opportunity.

For the most part yes until someone says we are supposed to be somewhere else.

Me too, but then there are days when I'm not always that sure!

    Most days, yes absolutely. 

   Today however, I have to "fire" a Seller and cancel the listing.  I am not feeling so blessed and happy.

I agree and feel the same way! It has brought so many wonderful things to my life, including new lifelong friends and a sense of accomplishment.

I have never regretted moving out of the corporate world and into the real estate business

I look at it this way, "we are fortunate to be able to make the kind of money a doctor, lawyer or CPA can make having limited education"  Yes, we are blessed!

It is the life we have chosen!

It is indeed a great privilege to be in a profession where lives can be touched is such meaningful ways. Stay in-tune with the greater purpose and it is not be possible to outrun the blessings.

Great career.  Most of the time it hardly seems like a job because I thoroughly enjoyed helping others accomplish their goals.  Today I teach a variety of real estate classes on part-time basis.  My clients today are pre-license students as well as active agents.

Each and every moment of each and every day ... I feel blessed. 

To sell real estate - not always the case. I love what I do and yet we all have those days ... that suck ... the life ... out of us. 

Real estate can also lead to many other business opportunities.

I am blessed with much in my life and this work is one of those blessings.

I am blessed to do something that I love this much and get paid to do it.

Some days I really love it, and others I wish I'd practiced my flute harder so I could be playing in a symphony orchestra.

It has been a wonderful career and I can't imagine being stuck in a desk job somewhere. 

I think that homeownership is a vital part of the American Dream. Knowing that I get to help people achieve that is probably one of the best feelings imaginable. 

I'm loving it too!  But glad I got in right when I did.  It was the right time to start and not be going crazy worried about paychecks.

Like Michael, wish I had started earlier.  LOVE what I do, and cannot imagine doing anything else!  

We loved our real estate practice, and we love what we do now...A
