Yes, I run out of energy around 6-7pm daily after a good day of work (and I rise about 4:45am most mornings), which is why I shut down between 6-7pm daily and take Sundays off to re-charge. Nobody can go 24/7 and claim their are giving their best to themselves, their family & clients without a recharge; that's just ego and a fear of being judged for resting. Rest & recovery is part of every good workout routine, the muscle is torn in the workout and repairs & grows in the rest.

Jack, I ran out of energy six years ago. Apparently my work here is not complete yet.

Ohhhhh . . . little dollbaby.
Yeah, I get pooped at about 2-3pm, take a break to go out with Lunapie and then I have a few more hours of extra life! And that's starting very very early.

Sure sometimes. Usually it's just the body telling me to rest it or feed it better fuel. Occasionally - it's a failed purpose. Too many looses on any given goal/endevor will result in a no energy/apathetic feeling. In that case all one has to do is rekindle the original purpose for taking that course of action and the energy will return.

Well, yes, that's why I sleep at night. But my major concern is how well I allocate the amount of energy I'm given each day. I know I only have so much, so I make an effort to prioritize and focus on what's most important each day.

Rarely unless I am short on sleep or had a super-physical day. I choose to wind down every evening though and I take time to play and vacation.

Yes. Yesterday when our weather changed again, the winds really zapped me. Today, I blame the fro-yo and plan to take a nap-nap before dinner.
