Facebook Page Name, or Facebook URL?  

On the PAGE, use your licensed name and info, to comply with your Real Estate Commission.

For the URL, get your city, farm, or area of practice.

For example, I have the URL  Facebook.com/TallahasseeFlorida -   and several others.

Sandra Graves it's been said that use the area in the name of FB business page.

I have two pages, one is the community page, one has my name. The community page has a lot of likes and views. 

In CO you have to mention the brokerage you work with. Check your state regs on this. Certainly use your city and state. 

I have my own brokerage, so use the name.  

My page has my name on it, my team members and required notification stuff. But the URL says SacramentoRealtor.

my facebook page is named "city name real estate" as i really only use it for to direct people to my actual website instead of doing much on the facebook page.

I have a page for the company.  "Huggins Homes"

I like Fred Griffin's answer. I see business pages with no mention of the company's service area or location. Makes no sense to neglect that information.

Good morning Sandra. Each of our loan officers have a FB business page. I always recommend they use their name in some manner as their name is the brand.

Mine has my name and the words real estate in it. When I first started the page I had agents in town thinking I had open another real estate company. Duh...

Quite a few use their name followed by Realtor or their team name with city or subdivision.

If you don't own your brokerage use your name.

Make sure you have the city or neighborhood in the name, they may not be googling you, but they will be searching for the location.

I think you have some good advice here.  A

If you own your own real estate brokerage - brand your company name. If you don't own your brokerage, don't do that:). 

If you don't own your brokerage use Sandra Graves Real Estate Services, or Sanda Graves Sells Homes, something along those lines. 

When using the term REALTOR®, make sure you use it according to the trademark rules NAR has set forth.
