Well,  let's analyze his expressions.

I think I'm pretty good. In fact, the buyers do a bad job of playing poker. Buyers are doing cartwheels in the house & then they stop & say 'we'll put this one on our list'. Yeah sure.

I like to think I'm pretty good at reading my clients.... And if I'm not sure what they're thinking, I'm sure to ask some questions that will help get us all on the same page.

Most times yes, but sometimes no!

Pretty good. if I'm not sure, I just ask. "What does that look mean"?

You bet, I can tell within the first 30 seconds or sooner if the home is something we can leave in the dust or if it has possibilities

I dont think that I am very good at reading things like that, but I am very successful at sales, so maybe I do notice these signs without knowing it.

Very much so, how they look, what they say and what they dont say are al clues

The facial expressions are just part of the reactions.

It's one of my strongest skills, body language as well.  People don't realize how much information they give away with facial and body expressions.

I sure do. I know instantly when to fire up the second half ot the power point.

But the image to the right says, "We need to take a break."

I've often said that the body language tells me more than their mouths.

I don't really get to see them face to face very often.  Most of my transactions are do via phone or email.

Body language speaks volumes.

I don't know anyone who does it better than me.

I think I am darn good at reading clients ... and I always check in with them to see what they are thinking and feeling. Never assuming ... always checking.

I believe I am very good at reading body language and know when to ask more questions and gently lead to a decision.

It takes about 2 appointments to tell us if they want to move on.

It is action that counts. I keep their remarks and hope I can change them with hard data as realtors are perceived with skepticism.

For buyers they need to be very serious. Former unsuccessful buyers (80-90%) are welcome. 

I'm excellent at reading facial expressions and body language....I always knew if I was going to get a deal on a listing....

I'm pretty good at it :-)

Oh yes, very good---and even moreso w/phone voices. I spent most of my adult life reading voices.

Sometimes yes, other times not so much.  Just like life.  

I am pretty good at reading my clients, but there are times I have been surprised.

I think so with most buyers.    They usually talk more info the future, placing furniture, asking more about how the process works, etc.

    Today I spoke with two attorneys on two different topics.  They didn't need to say anything... the look in their eyes spoke volumes.

I have my good days and bad ones.  Some people I just can't read... and I do NOT invite them to a poker game!
