I want to respond, 'Why are YOU moving?" but must say, "I do not think the owner would feel sharing that information, honestly, would be in their best interests."

"If you knew a balloon payment was due next month, would you not be encouraged to really play hardball? Of course. As you can see, asking for such information invites misdirection."
