Nothing😒

In the basement rafters, after tearing out an old apartment, I found a 100+ year old violin in a wooden case. Regretfully it was of very low quality but it was still a pretty cool find Brenda J. Andrew

Some antiques in the old barn

Whoa . . .  how exciting is that safe from the 1800's - I hope a Blog will follow when it is opened!!  Nice . . .  two of the coolest things we have found in a property that we purchased were fountains in both the back and front patios that were very unique, as one was a cactus, and one was hand-made by the previous owner Brenda J. Andrew. 

A collection of collector Playboy issues in one house and USMC Dress Blues in another.

Let us know what you find!  I've never found anything of value in any of the homes I've purchased.

A nearly new Audi Cabriolet. Oh! How I wanted that car!

We too, have an ancient safe complete with original skeleton key (or Castle key as we refer to it)  There was nothing left behind in the safe but we did find some interesting papers under a floor board in the attic. 

I understand jewelry and valuables used to be hidden under floor boards but we haven't ripped up the entire home (yet)

Last year I sold a house that had a whole house generator. That was a first but not the coolest.

Tell us what happens. You can get Geraldo Rivera to do a documentary on it but then - they'll be nothing in the safe!

Brenda J. Andrew We found an antique mantel clock in the attic. I hope you have better luck than what they found in Al Capone's safe several years ago.

I found a very old $2 bill.....

Probably nothing of monetary value. Memorabilia....

My answer would be the trout stream running through my six acre property.

A 1935 flatbed International pickup. Although I kind of thought the sellers were going to leave it. 

We have lived in this property for 44+ years. Nothing to note.

I did recently find a safe in a building we got from 1880. Covered by a wooden floor and All that work and it was empty

I specialize in Victorians. We have found some amazing items: button up shoes, a six foot 1904 walking stick that is completely carved with lots of identifiers, 1907 newspapers in excellent condition, a croquet set, a gas lantern, a silver urn . . . lots of fun stuff.

I cannot think of anything either, but finding the safe would be COOL!  

Good morning Brenda. We flip a lot of homes. Once found a coin that was over three hundred years old in the wall.

I built, so I've never found anything unexpected.

When I moved into my house, I found a family of possums in the attic.

That is so cool, I can't wait to hear what is in it. All I have ever found is people's junk!

I have found nothing really cool. I have found plenty of disgusting items.

Several shotguns wrapped in sheets in the attic.  They needed oiling, cleaning, etc. but were exciting to find.

I have to buy a house!
