     Do you mean Limited Service?  It is a consumer choice that every Seller or Buyer is legally entitled to.   Brokers can choose whether or not to offer it.

Limited Agency will eventually mean limited income for agents !

It depends.   On the situation.  On the client.  It depends on the definition of "limited".  

This is a question that's being asked what seems like at least once or twice a week. You might want to see previous responses. Personally, I don't care for limited agency... limited means limited. How is that servicing a client?

If you mean limited service, I will tell you that my MLS won't allow a limited service listing.

It's bad for clients and the agents, because it leaves the door open for law suits, if the clients think you did something wrong.

I think that it is great, eliminates a lot of the deal killing drama that agents are so fond of at times.

Good or bad is not the question. You must follow the rules in your state.

Anything that starts with the word "limited" probably is not a good thing.

Dual agency, transaction brokerage and single agency I get. Limited agency, no clue! Limited services, not so good!

Good if the agent is well skilled and the deal benefits from it.

I think it is good for consumers to have price/quality options.  I also think that proper disclosure is what makes it all work.
