I start most every day with devotional readings.

I don't konw about an affirmation but I thank God for seeing daylight again

"This is the day the Lord has made.  I will rejoice and be glad in it"

The first words uttered when I wake up is:  This is the Day that the Lord has made.  I will REJOICE and be GLAD!

Okay, the gentle version. I have annual ones . . . 2014's was "I rock my trained voice" . . . 2015's was "I add value to every communication" and 2016's is "Every phone ring is opportunity!"

On occassion I use the Stuart Smiley affirmations ("I'm good enough, smart enough and gosh darnit people like me!"), but those are more for fun than anything else.

i always start my morning out with one or two,  I post on activerain on Monday and Thursday some of them.  Hard to say are just one.

Guilty of not using affirmations lately! Like Lyn Sims affirmation though!

A couple of cups of tea to ease into the day. I look out at the world outside and find myself lucky to be here! Then I start on the challenges of the day and remind myself that it is MY choice to do what I do every day.

I have a morning & evening routine that starts with meditation. I set my intention for each and every day before it starts. No favorites ... just go with my heart and gut. 

I don't do affirmations so much as ask for wisdom from the higher power in me.  

If you do nothing right, you will do nothing wrong is ingrained within me
