There are days and then there are day!

Honestly I do not feel that way. I have a gently rolling graph to my life. It has evened out over the years and rarely do I go over the top with excitement or fall to the bottom with disappointment.

Nearly every single day and those that do not admit it are lying to you.

Yes & no. I try to stay on an even keel no matter what the circumstances & sometimes it's pretty tough. I think that 'I'm not going to freak out' should be in there.

I think everyone in our business has experienced that.... the frequency of that type of experience is what makes or breaks a real estate agent....

Everyday is like this for me.  

I see that it begins and ends on a high note and what could be better than that Susan?

I will stop negative and self-deprecating thoughts dead in their tracks. I must be a good steward of my mind.  It will run wild if I let it. 

Oh yeah. I have days, weeks and months just like that graph. How about you?

Susan, yesterday it DID feel like that!    After 17 or 18 offers, got a young couple under contract, did an inspection, showed homes, and then heard one of my past clients' son died in a motorcycle accident over the weekend.   What a roller coaster!  

I think it looks more like the Texas 2 step 

Wow, if I felt like that within a single day I'd seek out medication!

nope - although I've observed others that might say yes!! 

Looks like a day in the life of many.

Some days can be more challenging than others.

And as a car salesperson; probably any salesperson would relate.

Looks like a graph of my typical day, starts good and endes good, but there are some bumps in the road!

Stuff happens. And when you measure it, it gets scary.

I say "furniture can not be included in purchase agreement" at time of showing.

Seller says, "put furniture in side deal' outside of purchase contract.

Buyer agent include furniture in purchase agreement.

Yahoo, the ride down the slope of disappointment was fast.

Then I come to AR for a little 'magic happens' stuff.

Some days.

Just about every day, day in, day out

 Every day is a good day. There are just some days that are better than others.

How about any given hour, Susan Laxson  Sometimes there are days like that and other times the whole month is like a nice ride up the mountain.

For some I am sure that it is.

Sometimes! I fortunately have never had a day in which I felt like that.

Absolutely Susan Laxson it's always up and down but it keeps inching up more and more.

I saw that earlier online.  It's funny and yes, sometimes my day is filled with a variety of emotions.

A day can be like that graph, for sure, but there is the 'bouncing back' factor and making a different reality, or it's not fun Susan Laxson.  I think it's harder when multiple things happen in one week, but, hey!, life goes on!!
