No, I have met plenty of the agents who sell these and I dont want to go through that abuse.

No, have sold a few HUD homes, and do not see them much now in our market.

Leanne Carpenter - any learning is - and should be - always welcome.
So answer is -- Yes.

No. I have sold many and know how to do it and get to closing smoothly. Don't need a webinar but if you haven't done one, they are complex.

No need to...our Board offers free classes on this topic a couple times a year so, if I was interested (which I am not) I would do the free live classroom training which I find superior to webinars.

The Tallahassee Board has occasional seminars, classes, or Broker luncheons featuring the local agents who handle HUD, Freddie, Fannie, etc. They explain "the rules", how to present offers, etc.

Yes I would. Even though I have sold many of them, it's been a while since the last sale. It's always good to brush up on the way HUD wants things done. I do wish they would do away with wet signatures.

My interest in doing so waned many years ago Leanne. It's far too time consuming today.

No, I've sold some so I really don't feel the need. Some people think it's complicated, I don't. They have a few quirks just like any other lender does.

Possibly .... A lot of requirements and forms to fill out. My area probably got no inventory. For that matter few are underwater.....

I would not be interested under that title.
The same webinar, with a title focused on OUTCOMES would be more attractive.
