I do not always have a clean car but I tidy it up pretty often and go through the car wash frequently.

Yes, clean & polished with no junk seen from the windows.

I cannot imagine the answer would not be "Spotless"!  The clients are going to walk by the car even if driving their own.  I certainly would not be impressed with a professional whose vehicle look like my college student Granddaughters!!!!

My car is always clean regardless if I'm driving someone or not. I pay monthly for unlimited car wash.

Absolutely on a weekly basis - clients do not influence me in that regard.  I never take clients as my car is too small and unless if the older folks are fine with getting themselves into a 'pretzel shape' (HA!) it's not an option!  Roger has the SUV, and we usually we meet them at a place or they follow us to different locations Tammy Lankford. 

Yes, inside and out. I have goofed a couple of times and not gotten it washed before heading out...was I embarassed!! But no one has even commented either way

Yes, always clean with no clutter.  I purchased and handy car wipe with long handle from the auto parts store and it takes me less than a minute to use this tool to wipe the dust off the car.  My car always looks like it just came out of the car wash.  

For sure!  Unless we're going off roading (not very likely) or if it's about to rain.

Ideally I would love to have it clean all the time but realistically...life gets in the way.  I never have clients in my car, they always follow or meet me there.  I haven't ever had (and I doubt they would say anything anyway) comment about my car other than to ask me how I like it.

In sixteen years in this business, I've never once heard a client comment about the cleanliness (or lack of cleanliness) of my car.

This is an interesting post because only real estate agents that keep a clean car will respond. In my experience, seven out of 10 agents have to move stuff before I can get into a car with them.

I cannot stand to "live in my car" when it is filthy.    It is tough to keep it clean when it snows every few days, and there is splashback until it snows again!
