Real Geeks, my website provider, has just added that feature to the program and I am excited about the possibilities of landing pages that provide sold sales information. I think it is a more credible way to share the information than having our sellers look at Zillow or Trulia.

David, I am still working on my website ... been months of cleaning up a bunch of crap that was created by the person I hired and paid to build it. Now I am doing it myself ... so yes, those pages will have IDX data and sold properties. Good strategy.

Some on AR will give models with # sold with a price range.

Have you checked with your mls about your method? Our mls will impose a fine for displaying a pdf or an emailed link of mls properties. The only method we are allowed to use to display active and sold listings is through an idx. There were agents who tried it your way and they had to take it down.
The sold listings on my site are indexed by g and generate calls. When my next upgrade goes active i will have some 20,000 sold listings indexed.
