Oh my, NO! The record holder is a Chicago Land poster who averaged 1,389 posts per month in 2015. Mr. Bashe pales in comparison by averaging only 470 posts for the first two months of 2016!
I would say his posting is effective as you have found his contact info and he is posting in order to hopefully gain business. He is a RAINMAKER so the posts are being seen by consumers, unlike Rainers whose posts are not seen by consumers, and he is using longtail keywords with specific subdivisions and active links.
While it may be inconvenient to scroll through the blog roll this individual is using AR for business purposes and chooses to interact with customers by having them call him on his contact numbers, not leaving comments which 99% of the AR members would never do on a market report anyway!
Tom BASHED on an Easter Weekend??? No chocolate bunnies for you!

You need to learn what spamming really is. Posting blogs on a paid for blog platfom is not spamming. Is it effective? no one here really knows if it is effective because no one has taken the time to do any research into his site.
I did a little precursory research and noticed most of the links are going to individual sold and active listings on his site, so you really have no place to criticise since none of the active or sold listings actually exist on your site and are not indexed and therefore you can't actually link to them. His site is years ahead of yours.
I will be watching this guy to see if what he is doing actually does work. You will know if it works if you see me doing the same thing.

Might have to do yard work instead of blogging.

Thankfully I didn't see it. I don't like to see spammers of any type.

As long as it is not really spam it is ok, this site is for more than playing in the q and a section, some folks use it to do marketing.

It does not concern me at all. Everyone here does what they came here for. I believe they do not even know that, since all those posts are coming likely from outsourcing.

A lot of SM sites will only let you post so often in rapid fire before it stops you, and this one should too probably. I don't think it properly serves the poster either. Too much repitition just becomes noise - SM 101

David,
Have not seen it, my morning is 3 hours later...It is a banquet here on Active Rain, some things you like, some things you don't. I keep my focus on what I like and ignore the rest. A

He posts his properties and just because they come in bunches that is not spamming. If AR limited posts per day or week than it might be but I don't see that happening. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find posts to read. The new system that is coming will take care of that because there will be categories and channels.

It's annoying if you're watching the blog roll. I would just focus on doing your own thing. With the quality of your writing in your blogs, future clients will find you.

And then he disables all the comments too! Major double dumbass move. Very annoying. Ten posts at once is one thing, for those of us who do market blogs on a scheduled day (like me), but flooding the roll like that? That's absured. One time I saw that asshat had posted over 900 blogs. Not even enough words to get points for them. Really pissed me off when I needed to find ones to get commenting points. I'd be in favor of a 12 blogs a day limit.

Actually, Carol Williams, a report does a lot of good. AR is very good about checking it out and will give points to those who report it if it's taken down I'm not sure this is still the case, but there used to be a maximum of 10 posts allowed per week (I think that was the number) and anything more than that didn't receive points. However, AR takes spamming seriously. I haven't seen the posts in question, but I'll go take a look.

This is exactly the same kind of rude, inappropriate and unprofessional behavior people display in their business as well ... bully-like in my opinion ... no regard or consideration for others ... its all about them them.

AR is good to block the ip address. Bob often will advise you it is done.

Saturday is the day isn't it. I don't have the time to send this guy an email just to have them argue with me(you) about what they are doing is OK.
I'm sure it's an assistant being annoying because they think it works.
Life's too short for boneheads.

I find it very annoying as well David Barr I hope AR removes him. There are others I see posting 10 or so blogs at a time and I wondered what on earth the purpose was to it. Bruce Walter does shed some light on it but I still wish it was not allowed. I could support a max of 6 posts a day or something like that.

Does a "report" do any good? Perhaps an Ambassador could contact this person and share some etiquette guidelines.
I looked back, and seriously wonder if he even understands the "blog roll". He is just posting to his own blog zillions of times all at once. Maybe someone could explain how AR works. Anyone? Anyone?

I must have missed this, but maybe putting a limit on how many posts can be done in one day is a good idea! Ten pages is ridiculous!
